Bag dust removal equipment modification what are the points of attention

1, if the bag is put into use for the first time or used off-line cleaning, in order to prevent the filter bag clogging, you must pre-spray the filter bag. If the bag has been put into use, and the dust collector is offline for a short period of time, and did not clear the ash, then the bag will have a residual ash layer, do not need pre-sprayed;
2, check all flue gas pipeline door is closed;
3, check equipment pipeline and connector for leaks;
4, adjust the injection pressure, pulse frequency, pulse width;
5, check the pneumatic valve gas source conditions are met, smooth;
6, open ash system and a comprehensive inspection of their working conditions;
7, check each filter unit out of the motor valve is open.
